MUSICGO HELP

AI music creation FAQ

Answers about text-to-song creation, credits, memberships and your web music library. These answers apply to the MusicGo website at musicgo.net.

What is MusicGo?

MusicGo is an online AI music generator and song maker. Describe a genre, mood, instruments and lyrical theme to create songs, listen in your web library, and make new versions by refining lyrics or the music description.

How do I make a song from text?

Sign in with Google or Apple, enter a song title and a music description, then start creating. You can use AI refinement to develop your description first. When the task finishes, open your library to listen to the result.

Can I try MusicGo without a subscription?

Eligible new accounts receive a one-time 30-credit welcome gift. Each creation costs 10 credits without an active membership. The welcome gift is separate from a subscription trial; no free-trial subscription is offered.

How do memberships and credit packs differ?

Web membership is US$5.99 per month or US$49.99 per year and renews at the selected interval. Creation does not use additional credits while membership is active. One-time packs provide 80 credits for US$1.00 or 250 credits for US$2.99. Review the pricing page and terms before purchasing.

Can I change the lyrics or create another version?

Yes. Open a saved track in your library and use the editing option to refine its lyrics or music description, then generate a new version. The original remains saved. This starts another generation rather than directly editing the existing audio file.

Can I download or share my songs?

Open a completed song from your library and use its download or share action. File sharing is used when supported, with a link fallback. The exact download and sharing behavior depends on your browser and device.

Does the website share my app library or subscription?

The website manages its own creations, credits and membership benefits. An existing native app balance, subscription or library does not automatically appear on the website. Check the web account page for the benefits available here.

What if generation fails or I need help?

Check the creation queue and credit history first. Avoid submitting the same idea repeatedly while a task's status is uncertain; follow the retry option when a failure is shown. If the status is still unclear, contact support with the task details, without sending passwords or payment credentials.

Can I use generated music commercially?

Read the current terms and ensure you have the necessary rights to any lyrics or material you submit. Generating a song does not by itself guarantee copyright protection or permission for every commercial use, country or publishing platform.
