Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 25, 2026

MusicGo is operated by ZHOU PENGFEI, an individual operator based in mainland China. This Policy applies to the independent musicgo.net website. It explains what information we process, why we process it, and your choices. For privacy requests, email zpf772593693@gmail.com.

We do not collect contacts, precise location, or cross-app advertising identifiers for targeted advertising. Do not include another person's sensitive information in prompts, lyrics, or audio unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process account, content, entitlement and transaction information to provide the service you request. We use necessary logs for security, troubleshooting, support and content report review, and retain records where required by law. Optional browser notifications require your permission and can be disabled in browser settings. Where applicable law requires consent or permits an objection, we will provide the relevant choice. We do not sell personal information or use your input to train our own AI models. Third-party model providers may have their own processing terms, as described below.

3. Sharing and Service Providers

To provide the features you request, we share relevant information with these providers:

We may also disclose information when required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or authorized by you. Independent third-party processing is governed by the provider's own privacy policy.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Permissions

The web app uses session cookies to maintain sign-in, an installation identifier cookie for guest access and duplicate-bonus prevention (up to approximately 365 days), and short-lived signed cookies for generation or stem task recovery (typically up to 24 hours). Browser local storage may retain drafts and task references; clearing site data removes those local copies but does not delete account content stored in the cloud. The current product does not use marketing-advertising cookies. Your browser may use system file features when you download or share files; browser notifications require separate permission.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account details, works, credits and subscription benefits are generally kept while an account exists. Web installation and task cookies expire as described in Section 4; local drafts remain until you clear site data or remove the app. For planned web payments and related operations, we have set the following retention targets, to be applied after the relevant cleanup and archiving processes are configured and verified:

Data categoryTarget periodEnd-of-period handling
Order, payment and refund business records3 years after the transaction; tax and accounting records created under applicable law are kept separately for the required statutory periodDelete or keep only fields needed for a legal duty
Routine support emails and tickets1 year after resolution; payment-dispute records until the later of 3 years after the transaction or resolution of the disputeDelete or de-identify
Network operations and security logsAt least 6 months after creation, then removed when no longer neededDelete or de-identify
Routine backup copiesTarget rolling period of no more than 30 days; legally preserved records are isolated separatelyRemove during backup rotation; do not use for ordinary operations

Implementation status: These are planned rules. We have not yet verified that current provider log and backup cycles or cleanup of previously deleted works and media objects meet every target above. Do not read this table as a claim that automated deletion already follows these periods. Data retained solely because law requires it will not be used for creation, marketing or other unrelated purposes.

Deleting a track removes it from your library, but backend records or delivered media may not be physically removed immediately. Account deletion ends access and starts deletion of associated data; transaction records legally required to be retained, backups and third-party copies may remain for applicable periods. Email us to check for residual data or request further deletion. Deleting a website account does not automatically cancel an order or subscription purchased on another platform. Manage those purchases through their respective channels.

6. Your Rights

You can view and change some account details, download works, remove tracks, or initiate account deletion in the product. You may also email us to request access, correction, deletion or export, object to processing where applicable, or withdraw consent. We may verify your identity to protect the account and will respond within applicable legal time limits, explaining any lawful exception. You may complain to the competent authority where you live.

7. Security and International Processing

We use transport encryption, authentication and access controls to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Some providers and infrastructure are outside mainland China, including in the United States. We take measures required by applicable law for cross-border processing. Content you submit may be processed by overseas providers; the specific recipients and locations depend on the service configuration.

8. Children and Policy Changes

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal information so we can investigate. We will announce material Policy changes through the website, app or registered email as appropriate and update the date on this page. Where renewed consent is required, we will seek it before the new processing begins.
